I am a Fab Academy graduate / instructor, hold a Masters of Information Science from the School of Library and Information Science with a concentration in Human-Computer Interaction and a Bachelors with a double major in Economics and Sociology / Anthropology.
I use my formal training in ethnographic research, behavioral analysis, interaction design, information architecture and usability testing to create holistic user-centered interfaces. My current research focus in the creation of a gestural language for the control of networked physical objects or the "internet of things".
In addition, I am a member of AS220 Labs where I am a keymember and the Fab Academy instructor for the Providence Fab Academy at AS220 Labs.
